Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ClipsCin collects and how we use it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your content: prompts, uploaded photos and videos, and the images and videos you create.
• Payment records: pack, amount and Paystack reference. We never see or store your card details; Paystack handles them.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To run the studio, process your generations, add the credits you buy, keep the service secure and contact you about your account. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

To generate your content, your prompts and uploads are sent to our AI providers (Together AI and fal.ai) and the model makers they work with, who process them under their own policies. Payments go through Paystack; emails through Resend. Uploaded files are stored on our servers at private, unguessable links so these providers can fetch them.

How long we keep it

Your content stays in your library until you delete it or close your account. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@clipscin.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
