Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClipsCin (“we”, “us”), an online studio for creating AI-generated images and videos. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Credits and payment

Generations cost credits. The price of each generation is shown before you start it. Credits are bought in naira through Paystack, are non-transferable, have no cash value and do not expire while your account is active. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. See our Refund Policy for purchases.

3. What you may not create

Content of real people without their consent, including face swaps, deepfakes or motion transfer of someone else.
Sexual content involving minors (reported to the authorities), non-consensual intimate imagery or any sexual content of real people.
Content that harasses, defames, impersonates or incites violence or hatred against anyone.
Misinformation designed to deceive, such as fake news footage or fake political statements.
Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

We use automated safety filters and may remove content, withhold credits or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and create, to the extent the law allows, and you may use your creations commercially. You give us permission to store and process your uploads and results to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

5. AI models

Generations are produced by third-party AI models (for example from Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, MiniMax, Black Forest Labs and Alibaba) through our providers. Results can be unpredictable and may not always match your prompt.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for it to be available at all times but don't guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
